Fish Tikka Tacos

- Preparation Time: 2 hours (including marination)

- Cook Time: 15 minutes

- Ingredients:

  - 200g fish fillets

  - 4 tbsp Poonjiaji's Tikka Marinade

  - 2 tbsp Poonjiaji's Lime & Chilli Pickle Chutney

  - Tortillas

  - Sliced lettuce, onions

- Steps:

  1. Marinate fish fillets in Tikka Marinade for at least 2 hours.
  2. Grill the marinated fish fillets until fully cooked.
  3. Place a piece of grilled fish on a tortilla.
  4. Top with lettuce, onions, and a dollop of Lime & Chilli Pickle Chutney.
  5. Fold the tortilla and serve immediately.

- Eat With: A side of salsa or guacamole.
